11. Piranha 3DD
Earlier films in the series had a much darker tone, and this change of direction really didn’t work.
The popularity of 3D movies at the time of its release did nothing to prevent it becoming known as one of the worst movies of all time.
An appearance by David Hasselhoff was a wasted opportunity. Audiences laughed at Piranha 3DD for all the wrong reasons as it offered very little in the way of a plot.
A young marine biology student named Maddie returns to her hometown where she is part owner of a waterpark with her stepfather Chet. Maddie is outraged to learn that her father Chet plans to bring in strippers to work at the waterpark in a new attraction entitled “Big Wet”.
Maddie also meets up with several of her old friends who are gradually picked off by the piranhas who have somehow developed the ability to move on land.

The film was panned by critics with one claiming that it “ups the self-parody so much that it’s practically a Wayans Brothers spoof, albeit with fewer jokes.”
