6. Paid Protesters

Governments around the world use different methods to get what they want, and these methods are often conniving.

One thing that connects governments of The United States of America, Ukraine, China or Russia, to name a few, is the job of Paid Protester.

Namely, after a controversial comment made by Hong Kong Executive Council member, Laura Cha, who stated that “American slaves were liberated in 1861 but did not get voting rights until 107 years later. So why can’t Hong Kong wait for a while?”

10,000 Chinese citizens took to the streets to protest. In order to counter-act the protests, the Chinese government started hiring fake protestors, mostly from the poor regions of China. Buses filled with anti-protesters showed up on the scene to create the false support for the government, and nobody knew this was going on.
