Self-honor and integrity are important to your overall state of wellbeing.
You obviously care about your girl, at least you did once so show some common decency, self-respect and compassion by being faithful; and if you can’t – break up.
Cheaters forget that they also cheat themselves while cheating on their partner, and being truthful to yourself is something you must do. Respect yourself by respecting someone you care about, and don’t act like people whose actions you wouldn’t approve of.
