Sure, you can get a date or two but soon as women find out that you cheated on someone, especially on someone you were serious with, you might as well face the fact that you will never have anything serious with anyone again.
And sure, you may think at the moment that you don’t need that but one day you will regret it, along with regretting that you cheated.
Also, out of all of the things you can be marked as, are you sure you want to be marked as a cheater? Why not as an incredibly honest person? That sounds much better.
