Guys are, again on average, pretty messy. This is especially so if you find a bachelor pad that is full of nothing but dudes. The messes all tend to compound on one another.
Getting a girl to your apartment for the first time may actually be easier than getting her to come back in some cases.
Surprising a girl with your messy apartment on her first visit shouldn’t be too traumatic for her, but getting her to come back to that same place again is a trick. Which means that if she does come back, well, it isn’t for the nice digs, if you know what I mean.
