9. Tupac Shakur
After the match, the urban poet got into the passenger seat of Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight’s car.
When Knight pulled up at a stoplight, a white Cadillac pulled up next to his car, rolled down its windows and fired multiple rounds into Shakur’s passenger seat.
Shakur was taken to the hospital, where he died of internal bleeding after six days. His death is one of the biggest unsolved crimes in American history, which makes no sense since he was brutally gunned down at one of the most crowded places on Earth.
It is suspected that Notorious BIG, also a famous rapper and music artist, was responsible for the shooting, as the pair was in a beef and involved in the East Coast/West Coast rivalry. However, the crime was never solved.
