12. Alex Rodriguez – $300 million

Alex Rodriguez is one of the highest paid athletes of all time who has earned more than $325 million in salary alone during his baseball career.

He currently plays third base for the New York Yankees but has previously played shortstop for the Texas Rangers and Seattle Mariners.
