Top 15 Cars That Get All The Girls

Jaguar-E-Type

7. Jaguar E-Type

Even the famously self-promoting Enzo Ferrari couldn’t resist the charms of the British Jaguar.

He proclaimed their E-Type model to be the “most beautiful car ever made”. It seems he knew what he was talking about.

Sports Car International magazine named it the number one sports car of the 1960s in 2004, and in 2008 the Daily Telegraph named the Jaguar E-Type to the number one spot in their online list of the 100 most beautiful cars of all time.

The E-Type boasts a stunning legacy and continues to endure in popularity to this day. The car was released back in 1961, and such could hardly be considered safe by today’s standards.

It features no airbags and a heavy metal frame that would do little to protect you in a collision. On the other hand, the car is famously responsive, capable of taking high speed turns with few complaints.

A skilled driver should have no issues putting the car through its paces on the open road. The E-Type was a steal back in the 1960s, providing a shot of adrenaline into the newly blossoming car culture.

Today the price has risen but the experience is the same. No car has wowed so many for so long as the Jaguar E-Type.
